Did you know that each of the Five Buddha families represent a particular expression or aspect of the awakened state of enlightenment? Although we each embody all the five aspects of Buddha nature, it can be helpful for us to find our predominant expression in one of the five families. We then have the opportunity to transform any illusory states of confusion that obscure these innate wisdoms into our true nature of compassion and wisdom. Which family resonates with you?
The Karma Family: the North is represented by Amoghasiddhi and his Dakini Green Tara. The vehicle is the garuda; the symbol is the sword. The color is green; element is air.
Enlightened Aspect: All-accomplishing wisdom acting for the benefit of others; enthusiastic, tenacious and energetic; effective, confidant and practical; deeply felt interpersonal connections.
Confusion: Jealousy, envy, competitive and manipulative. Paranoid, power hungry and domineering.
The illusion of jealously is transformed into effective action for the benefit of others. mantra:
